photoOur senior adjusters have the training and experience to execute the role of control adjuster on large national accounts.  Through this service, we provide clients with instant access to a professional claims department able to effectively administer the largest portfolios.  We will also provide regular bordereaux reports, of all claims adjusted, organizing a vast amount of data in easy-to-read formats.

Our adjusters have access to QuickLaw, an on-line legal case law service, which allows us instant access to over 300,000 insurance related court decisions involving injury awards. This enables us to provide accurate injury settlement recommendations to our clients.

KEA (Kernaghan Electronic Adjusting) complements our adjusters’ skills by giving them a technological advantage. This real-time, web-based system provides our control adjusters with the ability to monitor the day-to-day handling of specific claims.  With this powerful tool, we offer our clients a cost efficient and highly dependable claims service.

KEA also enables us to produce both standard and customized loss reports for our clients.  From general bordereaux reports to specific loss statistics, we ensure that as the risk manager you have access to all the tools you need to successfully control your losses.
