As Third Party Administrators we are able to serve as our clients’ claims department. We aggressively manage each claim from first notification to conclusion. An Executive Account Manager (EAM) is assigned to each account and is the exclusive contact for our client. The EAM assigns or performs all work necessary to thoroughly investigate and conclude losses. We work for a variety of control accounts from national firms to smaller regionally specific clients.

We provide clients with instant access to a professional claims department able to effectively administer the largest portfolios. We customize every account and structure a claims administration program for the needs of our client.

We provide regular bordereaux reports, of all claims adjusted, organizing a vast amount of data in easy-to-read formats. KEA (Kernaghan Electronic Adjusting) is our enterprise wide claims system providing our EAM with the ability to monitor the day-to-day handling of all incidents and losses. KEA VIEW provides our clients access to their claim and incident information with the ability to drill down to specific claim details when necessary.
